This Privacy Policy explains how RockVille ("we", "us") collects and uses your information when you contact us through the contact form or sign up to our mailing list on this site.

When you fill in the contact form or sign up for updates, we collect the information you provide: your name and email address, your phone number if you choose to give it (optional), and the event details you describe (date, location and type of event).

How we use it

• To get back to you with an offer and to arrange a show for your event.
• To send occasional updates about RockVille shows - only with your consent.

Consent

We only add you to our mailing list and contact you for marketing if you opted in. You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send, or by contacting us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted service providers strictly to operate this service:

• Brevo - to manage our mailing list and send email updates.
• Cloudflare - to host the website and store submissions securely.

These providers process your data on our behalf and are bound to protect it.

Cookies & tracking

This site uses cookies and tracking technologies. Essential cookies are required to run the site and do not need consent. In addition, only with your consent, we use the following tools for analytics and marketing:

• Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) - to measure ad performance and tailor ads.
• Google Analytics 4 - to analyze site traffic and usage.
• Microsoft Clarity - user-experience analytics, including anonymized recording of on-page interaction (clicks and scrolling).
• Cloudflare Web Analytics - basic, cookieless traffic measurement with no personal identification.

The marketing and analytics tools (Meta, Google, Microsoft Clarity) load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. If you choose "Essential only," these tools will not load. You can change your choice at any time by clearing cookies in your browser. Some tools may transfer data to servers outside Israel, including in the United States.

We keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we remove your personal data from our active list.
